Charter bus prices depend on vehicle type, travel date, route, distance, service hours and season. Seoul full-day service is usually quoted based on up to 10 hours.
Typical Seoul city tour examples start from KRW 400,000 for a 25-seat County bus, KRW 500,000 for a 35-seat coach and KRW 600,000 for a 45-seat coach, based on up to 10 hours.
Airport transfer prices depend on vehicle size, pickup terminal, hotel location and luggage volume. A small van transfer may start from around KRW 250,000, while larger coaches cost more.
Yes. Foreign travelers, travel agencies, schools, companies and event organizers can book private bus service in Korea by sending the itinerary and passenger details.

A 45-seat coach bus is usually recommended for 30 to 40 passengers, especially when luggage is included.

Driver accommodation may be included or charged separately depending on route and quotation. If the vehicle stays outside its base city, driver accommodation should be considered.
YourBus Korea normally provides vehicle and guide service only. KTX tickets should be arranged separately by the customer or travel agency.
Private vehicle transfer to DMZ-related areas can be arranged, but entry and tour operation are subject to government and site regulations. DMZ ticketing and reservation conditions must be checked separately.
Admission tickets, cable cars, cruise tickets, theme park tickets and attraction fees are not included unless clearly stated in the quotation.

Driver name, mobile number and vehicle number are usually sent 1 to 2 days before departure, depending on dispatch confirmation.
For peak seasons, large groups, special events and English-speaking driver requests, early booking is recommended to secure the preferred vehicle type.
Yes. Charter buses can be arranged for wedding guests, corporate events, school groups, conferences and festivals.
Minor changes may be possible if the driver schedule and route allow it. Major route, time or date changes may require a revised quotation.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total confirmed booking amount, not the deposit amount. The charge is 10% 8 days before service, 20% 7 days before, 30% 6 days before, 40% 5 days before, 50% 4 days before, 60% 3 days before, 70% 2 days before, 80% 1 day before and 90% on the service day.
