Reservation & payment FAQ
Does receiving a quotation mean the vehicle is reserved?
No. A quotation explains the price and conditions. The vehicle is reserved only after the required confirmation process, including the deposit or other booking confirmation stated in the quotation.
How do I confirm a booking?
Confirm the final itinerary and vehicle, reply that you wish to proceed, and follow the deposit or payment instructions in the quotation. Vehicle allocation is finalized after the required booking confirmation is received.
How much deposit is normally required?
The exact deposit depends on the booking. YourBus commonly uses approximately KRW 100,000 per vehicle per service day or a percentage-based deposit for larger bookings. The exact amount will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
Can someone in Korea pay the deposit for me in KRW?
Yes. If a family member, colleague or partner in Korea pays on your behalf, tell us the sender's name and the booking name so the payment can be matched correctly.
Can I pay by PayPal or credit card?
Yes, depending on the booking. International card or PayPal payments may include VAT and processing charges. The exact payable amount is shown in the quotation or payment instructions.
Can I pay the remaining balance in KRW cash to the driver?
Some bookings allow the remaining balance to be paid to the driver in KRW cash. This must be agreed in advance and stated in the booking conditions.
Can I change the itinerary after booking?
Usually yes, subject to vehicle availability, route changes, operating hours and additional cost. Major route or time changes may require a revised quotation.
Can you issue a formal quotation or contract?
Yes. Corporate, school and group bookings can receive a formal quotation showing the route, vehicle, price, inclusions and booking conditions. Contract requirements should be requested in advance.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation charges increase as the service date approaches. The applicable percentage is based on how many days remain before the scheduled service date.
