YourBus Korea Pricing Guide

What Is Included in a Korea Charter Bus Price?

International customers repeatedly ask the same question: “Is this the total price?” This page explains which costs are normally included and which items may be charged separately.

Charter bus prices are not fixed. Rates may vary depending on season, travel date, route, distance, vehicle type, service hours, luggage volume and overall vehicle demand. Peak-season and high-demand dates may be higher. Final pricing is confirmed in the individual quotation.

Simple rule: route costs are predictable, parking is not

Normally included in the base vehicle price

  • Charter vehicle
  • Professional driver
  • Fuel
  • Highway tolls

May be separate depending on the itinerary

  • Parking fees
  • Overtime
  • Driver meals
  • Driver accommodation
  • Tour guide
  • Attraction / admission fees
Parking example: If passengers are dropped near an attraction and the bus leaves the paid parking area, then returns at the agreed pickup time, no parking fee may be incurred. If the bus must remain in the attraction parking lot, the actual parking charge applies.

Full-day charter hours

For Seoul-area operations, a standard full-day quotation is commonly based on 10 hours. If your itinerary is expected to exceed that time, tell us the planned finish time so overtime can be estimated in advance.

Typical overtime reference

Rates above are operational reference figures and may change by route, season, vehicle and specific booking conditions.

Out-of-town and overnight service

Multi-day or regional routes may require driver meals and overnight accommodation. These items should be clearly shown in the quotation rather than hidden inside a single unexplained total.

Price FAQ

What is normally included in the charter bus price?

Unless your quotation states otherwise, the vehicle, professional driver, fuel and highway tolls are included in the base vehicle price. Parking, overtime, driver meals or accommodation, guides and attraction costs may be handled separately depending on the itinerary.

Are highway tolls included?

Yes. YourBus normally includes highway tolls in the base vehicle price unless the quotation specifically states otherwise.

Are parking fees included?

Parking is normally charged separately when actual parking is required because the amount varies by location and operating method. If the driver drops the group off and returns later, a parking fee may not be incurred.

Why is parking separate when tolls are included?

Highway tolls can usually be estimated from the route, while parking depends on whether the vehicle actually remains in a paid parking area. Charging actual parking costs avoids including a parking charge when no parking is needed.

How many hours are included in a full-day charter?

For Seoul-area operations, a standard full-day vehicle quotation is commonly based on 10 hours. Longer itineraries can be quoted with overtime or a longer service package. Always check the hours stated in your quotation.

What happens if our itinerary runs longer than the booked hours?

Overtime may be charged by the hour according to vehicle type and quotation conditions. If your itinerary is likely to run long, tell us the expected finish time before booking.

Is the driver's meal included?

Driver meal costs depend on the schedule and quotation. For full-day or out-of-town operations, a driver meal allowance may apply and should be stated in the quotation conditions.

Who pays for the driver's accommodation on an overnight trip?

If the route requires the driver to stay outside the normal operating area, driver accommodation may be required. The quotation should state whether it is included or charged separately.

Can you provide an all-inclusive quotation?

Yes. Tell us exactly which items you want included. For complex tours, it is best to separate vehicle/driver, tolls, parking, overtime, driver expenses, guide fees and attraction costs so there is no misunderstanding.

Want a clear quotation with no hidden assumptions?

Send the route, passenger count, luggage, start time and expected finish time. We will show the vehicle price and any itinerary-specific extras separately.
