Charter Bus Insurance and Safety Information

YourBus checks the motor insurance status and basic operating requirements of vehicles before final assignment.

1. Checks Before Vehicle Assignment

Vehicles and licensed transport operators are assigned according to the itinerary and vehicle type. During assignment, we check motor insurance status and basic operating requirements.

  • Motor insurance status of the assigned vehicle
  • Vehicle registration and basic operating requirements
  • Suitability for the passenger count and luggage

2. Insurance Documents

Corporate, school, public-sector and overseas groups that require insurance confirmation should inform us before booking. Available documents can be provided after the final vehicle has been assigned.

Before final assignment, it may not be possible to provide an insurance certificate for a specific vehicle.

3. Accident Handling

If an accident occurs during service, the driver and transport operator will take immediate safety measures and begin the insurance claim process. Handling procedures and compensation may vary depending on the accident and liability.

4. Scope of Compensation

Coverage, limits, deductibles and applicability vary by vehicle, transport operator and accident circumstances. This webpage does not guarantee compensation for any specific incident. Final coverage is determined by the applicable insurance policy and claim investigation.

Personal injury unrelated to the vehicle accident, lost belongings, trip cancellation and similar losses may not be covered by vehicle insurance. Separate travel insurance is recommended when needed.
