KTX + local vehicle combination
You do not need to keep the same road vehicle for every kilometer of a Korea tour. For example, a group can travel Seoul → Busan by KTX and use separate local vehicles for station transfers and sightseeing. This can be practical when the itinerary includes long rail sectors.
Driver accommodation on regional trips
- Driver accommodation may be required when the driver stays overnight outside the normal operating area.
- Driver meal costs may apply on full-day or regional operations.
- The quotation should show these items clearly rather than leaving them ambiguous.
- Daily working hours and overtime should be reviewed before confirming the itinerary.
Multi-day charter FAQ
Can we hire one vehicle for a multi-day trip across Korea?
Yes. Multi-city routes such as Seoul, Andong, Gyeongju, Busan, Suncheon and Jeonju can be quoted. Please provide the route and expected operating hours for each day.
Can the same driver stay with us throughout the trip?
It may be possible depending on the route, driver working-hour requirements and overnight arrangements. Driver accommodation and daily service hours must be planned in advance.
Can a single quotation include airport transfers, city tours and intercity travel?
Yes. Complex itineraries can be quoted by day or by segment. Separating each day makes service hours, vehicle needs and extra costs easier to understand.
Can we travel between Seoul and Busan by KTX and use local vehicles in each city?
Yes. The transport plan can be divided around KTX sectors. Please provide train dates, times and station pickup requirements.
How should I send a long itinerary for quotation?
Send the itinerary day by day with date, pickup point, start time, destinations or stops, expected finish time, passenger count, luggage and whether a guide is required.
Can we have some days with no vehicle?
Yes. A multi-day itinerary can include full-day charters, transfers and free days with no vehicle service. Only list the dates when transport is required.
Do driver meals and accommodation apply on multi-day trips?
They may apply depending on the route and overnight schedule. The quotation should clearly state whether driver meal and accommodation costs are included or separate.
