My flight lands at 5:50 AM. Should I book the bus for 5:50 AM?

No. Scheduled landing time and actual pickup time are different. Allow time for immigration, baggage claim and customs. Please provide both the scheduled landing time and your expected pickup time.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

If you provide the flight number, the pickup can be coordinated around the actual arrival. Please inform us as soon as possible about major delays. Exact waiting conditions follow the quotation terms.

What information should I provide for an airport pickup?

Please send the date, flight number, terminal, scheduled arrival time, expected pickup time, passenger count, checked luggage, carry-on luggage and final destination.

When will I receive the driver's phone number and vehicle plate number?

Driver and vehicle details are normally provided after the final dispatch is fixed, closer to the service date.

Do you monitor the flight?

Flight information can be used to coordinate airport pickup when it is provided in advance. Exact monitoring and waiting conditions should be confirmed in the quotation.

Can we stop for a meal or factory visit between the airport and hotel?

Yes. Pre-arranged stopovers can be included. Please send the stop address and expected duration because additional service time or parking may affect the quotation.

Can I request a preliminary quote before next year's flight schedule is released?

Yes. Provide the travel date, airport, route, passenger count and luggage. Flight details can be updated later.
